CA Weekly Market Statistics

Active Listings is down by 2 and the Pending Sales are up by 3 since last week.  This brings up the ratio between Active Listings and Pending Sales to 12.2% from 11.6% last week.  There has been one more Sold property since last week.  Overall this is encouraging because we are seeing the buying activity remain about the same and the inventories aren’nt rising as quickly as last year.
