What you are looking at below are charts and numbers derived from the South Tahoe Association Of Realtors Multiple Listing Service for Single Family Homes only. The reason that I use this segment of the market is that it has the most influence on the general value trends.
There has been a slight increase of market activity since last week. There are two more pending sales for a total of 37 and the inventory dropped from 424 to 410. This gives us a ratio of 9% for Active listings to Pending sales. Last year at this time we were at 7%. The amount of inventory is almost dead even with last year. We are off to a better start this year!
