What you are looking at below are charts and numbers derived from the Northern Nevada Regional Multiple Listing Service for Single Family Homes only for the East Shore.  The reason that I use this segment of the market is that it has the most influence on the general value trends.

It was a little quiet on the NV side as well this past week with 3 more Active Listings and the Pending Sales decreased by 1 for a total of 13.  The ratio between Active Listings and Pending Sales went down from 9.9% to 9%.  The Sold Sales for the year remained the same at 4 with an average Median of $526,500 and an Average Sale of $539,500.
